Lomergat is located on the Crozon peninsula, between Brest and Quimper, in the department of Finistere on the western tip of Britanny (in old French, Finistère means "fin des terres", end of the world...).

The house is near the hamlet of Argol and within the area of the Armorican Natural Park. You will appreciate its quiet and preserved environment.

The house is fully independent, south-facing and set in one acre of lawned garden with a view over Baie du Poulmic, 300 yards from the sea (rade de Brest).
