Rates and Conditions 2019/2020

Lomergat is available for rent throughout the year.

Peak season (July and August):	1400 € / week
Easter, Christmas, New Year:	1050 € / week
Low season:	840 € / week
Long week-end ( peak season excluded):	420 €/525 €

Booking

 A contract will be sent to you to fill in and return.

The booking is considered "firm" when this contract is returned with a deposit of 25%.

The balance is due 30 days prior to the agreed date of arrival. A detailed plan of access is sent when balance is received.

All payments should be made in Euro currency only.  Accepted means of payment are:

• Bank transfer in Euros (bank details are sent with the contract)
• Checks in Euros
• Credit cards
  

A deposit of 200 € in cash is to be paid upon arrival to the housekeeper.

Final cleaning by the housekeeper and linen are included in the fee.

Extra fees (to be paid to the housekeeper) :

• Electricity : according consumption (0,15 € / Kw)
• Local tax : 0,7 €/night/person (age over 18)
